2. Educational Nature of the Service
Kuwait Driving Theory is a private educational study tool created to help drivers prepare for theory tests, road signs understanding, and driving safety concepts.
- Passing mock tests or simulations within this app does NOT grant a legal driving license or permit.
- Official driving licenses, theoretical examinations, and practical tests are administered exclusively by the authorized government agency: Kuwait Ministry of Interior (General Traffic Department).
- While we take every measure to ensure syllabus accuracy based on published statutory laws (Decree Law No. 67 of 1976 and Ministerial Resolution 81 of 1976 regarding Traffic Regulations, updated 2025 penalties schedule.), statutory rules and road signs may be amended by official authorities at any time.
3. Intellectual Property
All software code, graphic user interfaces, interactive 2D simulation engines, authored practice questions, and educational explanations are protected by intellectual property rights. You may not copy, decompile, reverse engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the application without prior written permission.
4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
Optional premium features (such as removing advertisements or unlocking advanced simulation scenarios) may be purchased within the app:
- Purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store billing.
- Refund requests and subscription management are governed by the respective store's refund policies.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developers disclaim all warranties, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall the developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the application.
